My case has been frilious and I've had my constitutional rights violated throughout removal, Evan before. Depndecy, neg.,abuse trail court I was appointed counsel w out my knowledge. Court automatically bias by not giving me the opportunity to hire a private attorney. I was denied to hire mine, court assumed I was low class poor,.
Cps lies about case plan to the court, I been companent to knowledge that Social worker has never informed me nor contracted w me any type of assignments as they claimed. There is so many lies, trail court has no video on record, But I have some recording of it enough to prove my insanity and girls back in my life. I've not been able to see them since the removal which I was gave notice for the day before court. Hell of notice
