Q: Judge did not pass down sentence now they're saying my license is suspended what to do? I was ordered to pay ins monitor

I showed 6 months proof of insurance and was signed up for insurance monitoring I pay $30 a month have not missed the payment but for some reason the judge did not forward over my sentencing and it shows that my license is suspended and I keep getting harassed pulled over by the cops I have all paperwork to show my sentencing and that I am right no one wants to listen to me. I'm on felony probation and they are making my case worse when I have done nothing wrong. Done everything they asking me and I'm still getting accused and no one wants to take care of it I am from Shelby County Kentucky and I have no idea what to do

A: Have your lawyer redocket the case and get it corrected. Should not be problematic as they just need to send an amended abstract to Frankfort.
