A: To bring your Haitian friend to Rochester, MN, you will need to file a petition for a family member with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The process can be complex and may require extensive documentation, including proof of your relationship, financial support, and other factors. Depending on your friend's situation, they may be eligible for certain benefits once they arrive, such as health insurance or work authorization, but this will also depend on their immigration status and other factors. It's important to consult with an experienced immigration attorney who can help guide you through the process and ensure that all the necessary forms and documentation are properly completed and filed.
