Kingston, TN asked in Civil Rights, Constitutional Law and Personal Injury for Tennessee

Q: Am I eligible for the current Facebook class action settlement?

I received a FB notice about this settlement: Facebook, Inc. Consumer Privacy User Profile Litigation, Case No. 3:18-md-02843-VC, United States District Court for the Northern District of California. After several tries by phone & email, I cannot get a suitable answer to my question from their customer support (I get canned, repetitive, unclarifying answers, and there is no way to speak to a live agent).

Their info page states, "If you were a Facebook user in the United States between May 24, 2007, and December 22, 2022, ***INCLUSIVE*** (emphasis mine), you may be eligible for a cash payment from a Class Action Settlement."

What is the intended meaning of "inclusive" here? Does it mean my account must have been active on (and ever since) May 24, 2007? My Facebook account was activated in April of 2009, and with exception of a few months in 2021, has been active since & is still active. Am I eligible to file a claim? Sincere thanks for your help.
