Q: Got pulled over driving my brothers car without registration andinsurance which is a misdemeanor and have a court date.

I have my own insurance policy which states that my insurance will transfer to “non own auto” can I use this as proof of insurance. Also how can I fix the registration violation and the sticker violation?

A: The court should allow your personal insurance as proof of insurance on the date you were driving. As for the registration, you should ask the court to dismiss since you are not the registered owner. Contact a traffic ticket attorney in CO for assistance.
