Q: Co parent filed motion for me im to have parental capacity assessment and drug test
I filed motion for co parent to do test . She court ordered me to but not him. Im on ssi and co parent is using this for the reason to suspend parental rights that cost $1200 I only make $914 what can I do I can’t afford this
A: Make a motion for the coparent to pay for the test or at least advance the costs. Then, after the screens are negative, renew your motion for coparent yo pay for test.
