A: The cost of each case can vary based on a number of factors such as the number of assets, quantity of heirs, date of passing, and status of real estate properties. To ensure clarity and ease for the client, I take care of all the necessary leg work in Puerto Rico. This is particularly beneficial for those who are not located on the island, as it eliminates any confusion regarding what is required or where to obtain the necessary supporting documents.

A: You do not provide enough information to answer your question. Several factors that affect the costs are: how many heirs are there? Are they all alive? If any have died, did he/she leave descendants? Are these descendants all alive? Are any heirs minors (underage)? Did the deceased leave bank accounts, investments, etc.? Did the deceased leave any pension plans? Had he/she been a government employee in life? Did the deceased leave any real estate properties? Are the real estate properties in the deceased name? Did the decease leave a will?
