Athol, MA asked in Probate for Massachusetts

Q: I submitted this motion for clarification to Franklin probate court, was told it could not be submitted is that correct?

I submitted this motion for clarification to Franklin probate court and was told it could not be submitted as there would be no clarification on the matter.

For reference FR*******WD

29 May, 2023

Motion for clarification,

I move on this date, 29 May, 2023, that the court clarify for me, J.S., an appellant in the court docketed FR*******WD, on a motion dated 08-24-2020, as to adjudgment #3, is that point moot? Due to the determination of the CDC on the date of 12 May 2023, that all COVID guidelines have been rescinded. I now ask that the court clarify this matter for all parties involved, so that if relief is in order it may be provided for the best common good.

Respectfully,

J S

A: The Civil Rules of Procedure are tricky for pro se litigants and that is one of the many reasons to engage legal counsel.
