Q: If someone has an unpaid ticket for simple possession,possession of paraphernalia from 2009 is that past 10 year SOL?
It was believed this ticket was taken care of 15 years ago. In Maury county Tennessee. Recently found out there is no warrant but an amount of money owed. Is this past the statute of limitations or would I be able to set up a payment plan as I live paycheck to paycheck and live in another state now? thanks in advance
