Q: Internet co. Installed 3ft high box on property w/o consent or notice. What are my options to remove or be compensated?

A: IMO the first thing you need to do is to determine if your property has a utility easement (most do) and if the box installed by the internet provider is within the easement (sometimes, they do make mistakes).

If the box falls within a utility easement, you most likely can't do anything except perhaps screen the box in some manner that does not restrict the internet provider's access.

If the box does not fall within a utility easement, you most like can successfully demand that internet provider move it, or compensate you for the use of your property. The amount of compensation you ask for ought to be equal to or less than the cost the company will incur moving the box, or else it is likely it will just move the box.
