Q: Can’t afford court order Gal $300 ,friend of the court( fees unknown) , parental capacity evaluation of $1200
Judge would not waive fees and agree with co parent that I created this and i should pay for the gal and friend of the court and parental capacity evaluation when co parent file motions for all of this I am on ssi and do not have a spouse to help im on food stamps Medicaid and can hardly afford to live judge ask me if I worked any where and I told her im not able to due my disability judge told me they take payment plans and to start saving what can I do if I don’t have the test then I’ll lose custody of my child. If I don’t pay the gal, then I’ll be held in contempt of court. They’re setting me up for failure.
