Q: If you are physically unable to get to a store and you give debt card to someone else. They go,drain card.

They don't bring card,money or food back.They are on camera.I know I will have to file police report but what else can be done

A: You can definitely sue them for exceeding the scope of actual authority granted by you to them.

A: If the amount is within the threshold for your court system's small claims part, that could be an option. Does your card have any protections offered to cardholders - if so, that could also be an option. A local attorney could advise on the most cost-effective way to go. Good luck
