This affects nothing about my case bc I clearly stated in my deposition that I take them to school but created huge and long lasting problems within my family and thats why it feels like harrassment.
A: It is common in case for the defense to take sub-rosa videos of the parties involved. As long as the photographers are in a lawful place seeing what is open to the public, it is not generally a violation of law.
