Q: I am looking for an attorney to file a property lien in Pasco County.
I loaned a party some money to correct a property tax issue and and am doubting repayment. I do have a promissary note and I want to file a lien on 3 properties in Pasco County to ensure repayment. Can you do this? and I am elderly, housebound on a fixed income.
