Dallas, TX asked in Uncategorized for Texas

Q: So I’m here in TX taking care of my ex who is hopelessly addicted to meth. He finds it on 2 gay websites. Sue the sites?

There are 2 websites that are notorious for crystal meth use. Can they be shut down? Nearly everyone on there is on it or looking for it.

A: You likely do not have standing to sue the websites, and the websites likely are legally responsible. Moreover, that would be an expensive and inefficient route to take.
