Q: I was served to summons that should have went to someone else with the same name. What do I do?
Process server served me court papers for an accident where a plaintiff is seeking compensation for injuries but I'm not the right person. Same name as the defendant but different birthdays and different addresses and I wasn't in no accident nor do I know of anything about this accident or this person. The plaintiff's attorney will not return my calls.
