Atlanta, GA asked in Family Law, Criminal Law and Probate for Georgia

Q: What can be done? If my children, only heirs were minors when their father passed away, 11 & 13. Now 20 & 22. Fiduciary?

We live in Ga. Their dad's family lives in TX. In 2014, they came & took kids stuff & their dad's stuff & his body back to TX. I filed the Will I had in the county he lived/died in 2014. 8.5 yrs later the kids were told their dad did another Will 2 wks before he killed himself. Valid? Forged? The uncle & grandmom told my kids a Testamentary Trust was set up according to the Will but will not give the kids a copy of the Will or Trust as requested. Probated where? Their dad had at least 3 life ins policies, 401k, investment accounts, pension, bank accts etc. He filed bankruptcy in 2012 & had no debt. He did not own any property. Our divorce was final in 2011. He was ordered to keep a policy to cover the child support if anything happened to him. His brother/kids uncle knew about divorce decree & policy. He didn't notify me as a creditor so I got nothing. He collected the ins $. No other wills on file where he lived in GA. I checked in Tx where the brother lives. Nothing there. Plz help

A: Why are you just raising these issues 10 years later. What happened to the will you filed with the court?
