Phoenix, AZ asked in Personal Injury for Arizona

Q: I got injured falling 8ft on my head and sholder inside a high school. can I sue?

I was getting walked around this high shcool by staff trying to locate my equipment. We were led to a closet that had no light, a big opening by the door way that dropped about 8 ft in which I fell from landing on my head and shoulder. There was no light, signs, or warning from staff prior to me entering the room and falling. By the grace of God I did not get hurt worse than I did. Should I sue this school for neglegence?

A: An Arizona attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a week. It's possible you could. I hope you are okay - the extent of injuries sustained would be a factor if it is case that would be viable to pursue. The best way to answer your question is to reach out to Arizona attorneys to try to arrange a free initial consult to discuss further. Good luck
