I am an employee at a snap office, and also a snap recipient. Another worker abused our federal systems to invade my privacy, which we're taught is a huge no-no. Can I file a lawsuit? They used the federal IEVS system, researched my income, and made printouts. They are now gossiping about my personal information amongst others in the office. What can I do?

A: A Hawaii attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a week. You could reach out to local attorneys to try to set up a free initial consult. However, keep in mind that attorneys might not handle something like this on a contingency basis like injury-based cases - that's something to discuss with a law firm. Good luck
