Spouse hacked into every credit card, bank account, social security, ira’s and created accounts, changed passwords, tampered with credit report used credit card and Amazon acct while I was not in home belonging to me solely. Attempted to wipe data from system and created a virtual shadow copy of my hard drive. He then used my social security number as password and identity credentials on dark web. A: If you believe your spouse has engaged in illegal activities, such as hacking into your electronic devices and committing identity theft, it may be considered a federal crime.
