A: If your brother is charged with a crime or a parole violation, he needs legal representation. He may be entitled to the services of the Public Defender's offices or he will need to hire a private attorney to represent you. Cannot answer these specific questions posted here with out full information. Suggest you contact the PD office to see if they are still representing him or will represent him on new charges, or call a local private attorney handling criminal defense in San Bernardino.
