Q: I am making payments to my uncle on a car, I was wondering if I gave the car back I’d get the money back I’ve payed

A: In general contract terms, you can't just decide to not finish up payments on a contract, return the item, and ask for your money back. However, you could speak with the other party to see what terms they would agree to amend to.
