The judge ordered that I receive half of the monthly pension that we received after he retired, he sent these orders to the company that distributes the pension,I recently received a news letter from them saying that there is ten million in the pension alone. A: You need to address this question directly to the manager of the pension. The courts cannot alter the rules of the pension so this is not a legal issue.
