Q: Do i have a standing case to sue CPS in Kentucky and California for Malpractice, Civil Lawsuit?

Hello I wanted to speak with you if you had time I am putting together some documentation of an issue that I have with CPS in both States Kentucky and California involving my civil rights and malpractice. "Gross negligence and due proces are just two Federal rights and I don't know if this is something that can be dealt with in the same case or if I need to file a lawsuit and another department my issues are on the negligence of social services or CPS by not informing me of where the children were going when they were taken out of my custody I have got arrested for a week I was told the children were going to the grandmother's and I do not have a worker letting me know what's going on or anything not letting me know exactly where they're at I found out by word of mouth or family. Too late to find out that they decided to put the children in place of someone who I have a restraining order against as well as doing no background check on him the fact that my child was burnt and both chi

A: Probably not be able to combine both cases unless there is a common nexus. You’ll probably need to sue Ky in Ky and CA in CA.
