A: If you believe your neighbors are invading your privacy and causing emotional distress, you might have grounds for legal action. Under California law, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress are actionable claims. It's important to consult an attorney to assess the specific details of your situation and determine the appropriate course of action. Keep records of incidents and communications to support your case. - James Arrasmith, Owner. The Law Offices of James L. Arrasmith.
