In Texas, my spouse and I have agreed to have as amicable a divorce as possible. I'm just beginning to fill out the paperwork and I'm now curious as to whether I need to declare a property I own in my home country of Turkey which, despite being bought during the marriage, was purchased with moneys from myself and family donation that existed prior to the marriage. My spouse and I spent negligible time there and we haven't used it for any income such as renting or Air-BnB. Both parties are to the best of my knowledge fully on board with proceedings and are not anticipating a feud, what should I do?
