Q: HI I am on dialysis for last two year I have currently approved SSDI benefits from this year instead of 2021 no backpay
when I visited SSA office today are saying if you are not satisfying with our decision go in appeal, could you please help me in this regard.
A: If you believe there's an error in your SSDI benefit start date, you can appeal the decision. You should consult with a disability attorney who can assist you with the appeals process, gather the necessary medical evidence, and represent your case effectively to maximize your chances of a favorable outcome.
