Q: can a officer call me a meth abuser or tell me im under the influence of meth with no reason in front of a gas station
with no evidence and than he got a k9 and went around my car 3xs and than searched it didn't come up with anything so he took me out of his cop car and done a field sobriety test witch i passed and so he had me go back to my car and wait on him a sec than he came up and told me to get out of my car a tow truck was on its way to impound it and he made me walk from the gas station where i pulled over at and im not even a resident of ky i live in tn where i have residency and we have 30 days from when i purchesed the vehicle? he humiliated me than really humiliated me towing my car to impounmd
