A: I'm very sorry to hear about this traumatic experience. In a situation with serious allegations such as these, it is critical to consult with an experienced attorney who can help you navigate the legal intricacies involved. They will likely advise gathering all relevant documentation (like bank records, the social worker's notes, and police reports) and potentially initiating a legal process to address the financial elder abuse and to revise the deeds based on the coercion involved; this could involve civil litigation and/or reporting the matter to the appropriate authorities to investigate potential criminal violations. It is essential to act quickly to preserve any available remedies.
