San Antonio, TX asked in Uncategorized for Texas

Q: What type of lawyer do I need for a personal motor vehicle non-accidental?

Currently trying to get a judge to sign off, giving me my vehicle and unable to get the dealership to sign over and transfer title. Been battling with the dealership for over six months I did however process for a bonded title but after finding out that there was a lien on the title, I could no longer get the surety bond to transfer the title in the dealership. Refuses to do anything. This is becoming to much for me to handle without help and I’m currently on my last 30 day temporary tag for my car as well

A: You need a civil trial attorney who practices in the area of consumer law. Experience dealing with motor vehicle dealerships and title issues would be preferred.
