Q: Okay I have a huge problem, I was arrested 3 years ago October 9th,2023, my charge was unlawful carrying of a weapon,

I'm still out on bail on that charge, but I have not yet received a court date.. And then I was in a accident on May9th, 2023 and the result of that I was arrested for a indictment of possession of a dangerous drug is it possible to get this drug case dropped even though I was parked in the driver's seat asleep and the drugs they found was in a female acquaintance bag in the back seat.. is it possible I can get this case dropped
