Q: Can a dentist preform a procedure on a minor, after a doctor already cleared them from further procedures the day before
I signed a consent for dental procedures to be done. On 11/2/2023 a doc saw my son did X-rays applied fluoride and said he was good to go and see his private dentist in 6 months. Tje next day a different dentist saw him and said he needed a filling and did the procedure and no one called me
A: How broad was your consent? Does the consent you signed cover the "different dentist" who did the filling?
