Q: Is early termination of probation or probation transfer to a different state possible for DUI conviction in PA

(Currently low-risk Phone Reporting Probation for +2years)

A: I would suggest discussing this with your probation officer or probation department, as every county and probation department handles these differently.

In Colorado, for example, most probation departments are supervising first DUI convictions with low risk remotely by phone. A second or subsequent DUI conviction would qualify for the interstate compact act, which is an act that many states are participants in which they have agreed to supervise defendants from other states for each other.
