Q: How to help my case for a bad faith lawsuit before the original lawsuit is finished?
Should I ask my attorney for a letter from the opposing side's lawyer stating "outside of mediations" this is the amount we are seeking with hopes they are within limits in case we go to court and lose for more then limits.
