A: I am very sorry for your loss and please accept my condolences for you and your family at this sad and difficult time ongoing. You will want and likely need to work with a Florida Probate Attorney if you have not already spoken to one, your question was cut off so you will need to provide additional details and specifics of the matter. Doctor/Medical claims are part of probate and creditor claims and will need to be addressed through the probate process, they may or may not get paid, I would not pay anything until and unless you speak with a/your probate attorney on the matter first, it may simply never get paid if there is no estate or probate or other legitimate claim via the probate process or otherwise.
