A: This is an excellent question. And I t seems to me the answer will require calling and meeting various attorneys to find out the answer.

One might ask about each attorney’s experience with expungements because this will presumably weigh in one’s decision to retain the attorney. Additionally, one might be able to get a sense of this by asking about the expungement process. Furthermore, meeting attorneys in person might be a good way to make this decision. Before meeting any attorneys, however, it would help for the prospective client to get his / her Criminal History from the State Police.

This is a great question, and finding the right attorney for the job will require some effort, which in the end will be worth it.

A: Lawyers aren't like buying electric for your house, its like buying a steak you have many different qualities and cuts, in this case you have the lawyers reputation, success rate and years of experience. The better the lawyer, the more experience, the higher success rate the more you will pay.
