A: It would be very odd to have a person taken to jail for 90 days without being booked in. His attorney must have some input as to what's going on. You could contact the attorney about this unusual situation. Your BF would go to 1st appearance after being booked in. He would then be told what his charges are and what bond is set. The first thing to do is go to the jail's website and see if your BF is listed and why. Your answers might be in plain sight. The second thing to do is to go onto the clerk's website and see if there are any open criminal cases. If those, don't work, call a bail bondsman. If you still have no answers, then call the jail and ask for classification. Good luck.
