Louisville, KY asked in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice for Kentucky

Q: I need advise on where to look/how to proceed.

Here's what's going on with me. I've gotten multiple caudal injections inserted through the tailbone. When I moved to Kentucky I got a Caudal injection that was injected as a transforaminal/interlaminar injection. I experienced improvement for maybe a week and then more problems started. I started feeling a "hard/stiff/ache" type of feel in my lower back in the l5-s1 area when I would try to get up from laying in bed, a "cut" type pain in the sciatic area that extended to the hip area, and an increase of numbness in my left leg below the knee radiating to the foot and an increase in numbness in my right foot toes. Keeping in mind that my L5-S1 disc has a had various problems- herniation, bulging, sciatica, lumbar spine pain, and minimally invasive surgery. I got a lumbar spine MRI and EMG. The emg doctor said the problems are from my lower back but didn't specify what exactly. But the results were clear. The emg was for lower extremity left leg only. I'm trying to find the cause.

A: A Kentucky attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for a week. It sounds like you are trying to make a medical determination or diagnosis. This could be something that medical professionals could advise on, as what you describe appears to involve a medical opinion. Good luck
