Q: What is going to happen in court for careless driving and more ?
I was pulled over for careless driving , failure to or improper signal, improper passing . In all honesty I was speeding but the officer claimed that I almost collided with multiple vehicles and was in both lanes of traffic which i know i was not and did not get close enough to almost collide with any vehicle . I feel like I used a turn signal but honestly don’t remember. What is going to happen to me when i go to court and what is going to happen to my license ? i previously got a speeding ticket already and have 3 points on my license . I also was wondering if the sheriff would provide dash cam footage without asking ?
A: Most likely will be amended and maybe diverted so you don’t lose your license.
