A: A Texas attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. An employment law attorney should advise on this, and the question may have been overlooked in the selected categories. You could repost and add "Employment Law," or since two weeks have elapsed, considering a consult with an employment law attorney. Good luck
