Q: Did Inmate file informa paupis application too late? What can pro se Inmate do to mend mistake if need be?
On 12-28-23 request for preliminary injunction was denied. On January 8th ,2024 pro se Inmate sent notice of intent to appeal letter. on January 16th inmate sent designation of record to trial court ,on January 26th Inmate sent letter to trial court asking about the status of designation of record because it was not filed on court web site. On January 31st trial court filed designation of record and on February 5th trial court filed non completion of record on appeal stating the designation of record fee was not paid so on February 8th Inmate sent informa paupis application and sent a letter explaining Inmate was confused about refiling the informa paupis application and telling the court clerk the application was on the way. The informa paupis application was filed February 14th but the trial court has not responded to it yet
