(basically ticket is for no insurance but the car had insurance) can she fight this alone at the court looks like there is no option to pay online?

A: So this ticket is not for the car not having insurance, but for the driver being unable to display insurance information at the time of the stop. Therefore it is not so clean cut. An attorney can always help make sure you are not being taken advantage of in traffic Court. If their is a way to get that ticket dismissed an attorney is atleast going to exhaust that possibility for you first.

A: In my opinion, and I know I am saying this at the risk of losing a potential client, have her plead not guilty and go in and show the insurance card and it will probably be down graded without having to involve and pay for counsel
