Q: Can a police officer get away with a wrongful arrest. Violate an innocent motorist rights
Search his passenger, him and my car without consent. After information given, still be arrested and sent to jail. The stop was for my son or another car honking his horn . The officer said that was road rage, even if he knew the guy in the other car. My son was four years into his five year probation and he lost his job and apartment because of this arrest. Transferred to LaSalle county jail,exported and beaten by fifty inmates. Sent back to Harris County jail without medical attention made a trustee and was told to go to work without bed rest. He suffered broken ribs, busted eye socket and possible head. Concussion. If there is a lawyer that can sue LaSalle county and Harris County please help my son.
