Asked in Health Care Law for Nevada

Q: Is the neurologist allowed to give license back after seizure free at 9 months.

First appointment, EEG done. Showed had seizures. Then follow up. Followed up, seizure free 6 months. Went in to get license back after being on RX without issues. The Dr in NV stated I cannot let you have you DL back, till I run another eeg, blood work and another follow up after all those. When I talked to another Dr. In California to get second opinion before the follow up in NV. The California Dr said yes you can have your DL back. Zero issues. But I won't sign for NV DMV papers. Go to NV. I live in small town and no true specialists there. Can the NV Dr do that. Or can I get my DL without needing a second EEG, and more labs then another follow up
