Federal Way, WA asked in Personal Injury for Washington

Q: I was at a gas station and bought a freal milkshake. I went to car sat in there at a gas pump . drank the drink after

removing lid and once i swallowed I realised I had swallowed something very sharp and was lodged in my throat!! I struggled and choked for a few minutes before I vomitted it up. and realised it was a large shaper plastic peice the size of a nickle . So i went told the worker and he refunded me and told me to contact their manager and call the hotline for their gas station. My throat hurt, and it almost killed me because I could not breath. Its all on the gas station video footage and i want to hold that company liable for it considering it could of caused me my life, I was an everyday customer who lived for those shakes but now I am so terrified to even drink from any cup that was from a store or fast food. I am traumatized . what do i do? Also, the worker had photographed the piece of plastic as well and I got it right here as evidence as well.

A: A Washington attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. At this point, you could try to set up a free initial consult - finding contingency-based representation could depend on the severity of damages suffered. Good luck
