Q: My Father's wife filed a police report against me in GA, I live Washington DC. What should I do?
My Father's wife filed a false police report against me saying that I harassed and exposed myself in an in-decent way. However, I have not behaved in this manner. In fact, My Father's wife constantly sends me mean messages through facebook, she has even sent mean text messages to both my mother and I and of recent, she has sent a text message to my husband disrespecting him and stating that she plans to seek custody of our son. She has been harassing me and acting threatening for years, but this is serious because it can cost me my job. What should I do and how do I stop her legally?
