Charlotte, NC asked in Employment Discrimination for South Carolina

Q: I feel racially discriminated after a failed job interview.

I came in for a job interview I had frequented this location as a doordasher and had been a victim to their rudeness quite a bit. It had been months since and I was coming for a job. I enter and go stand at the counter. A lady asked me did I want something to eat and I informed her I was there for an interview. She hollered at the obviously manager on duty by her shirt color and she looks at me and puts one finger up to her employee. She tells me it will be a minute. I go over in sight where she could see me and stand there and wait. She proceeded to continue cooking it was not busy as the parking lot was not even wrapped around with the drive-thru. But she continued to ignore me seemingly waiting me out to leave. After around 15 minutes of her looking back and forth at me she finally walks over and takes my name and number and tells me that she would call me back that the person who does the interviews was not there. They have yet to contact me. They could have cancelled before hand.
