St Louis, MO asked in Criminal Law for Illinois

Q: My husband and I were coming back to Illinois after his class reunion. We notified that we would be stopped.

The tipster that called us in notified us that we would stopped by drug task. And as soon as we got off the interstate we was stopped in the company vehicle we had our female service dog in the drug with us. The officers took the dog around the truck three times and then the officer took a ball at the back end of the company truck and said the dog hit right in front of the drivers side back tire. We were told to step out of the vehicle. So I put our dog on a leash and exited the vehicle. My husband is twenty years older than me and has health problems. He hadn't been feeling good and we knew his blood sugar was dangerously high. My husband had fell down a few times I asked several times for an ambulance the officers acted as though they did not hear me until I told one officer about his health problems he quickly radioed for an ambulance. And my husband was then taken to the local hospital. I still remained at the scene watching them destroy the company truck for nothing. The tipster
