Q: I was recently fired from my job for something that every team manager does without being written up. Do I have a case?

I was terminated for incorrectly filling in our coaching forms for our advocates which as stated all tm's do. However instead of being placed on a corrective action I was immediately terminated. When our process from day one is to be placed on corrective actions and if it's a serious offense to immediately be placed on a first and final warning. However they failed to do so or give any tyoe of warning. I was also trained to fill our coaching forms out this way and had been doing so the past three years. It wasn't until I got to a new operations manager that they were wrong nor would she take the time to tell me they were wrong she would just tell me that I failed. Does it sound like I may have a case for wrongful termination?
