Q: Okay my husband is pending 2 level 6 felonies. Domestic battery in front of children under 16. strangulation

They put a no contact order in place for 2 year's.

This isn't the first time. So the prosecutor wants me to testify at his jury trial. He contact me and beg me to say I false report. I said no. and he called the police in a different county different prosecutor. . Laughing and saying they would back each other story. I did wrong by breaching the no contact order at the bar with cameras before that. They told cops I showed up out of the blue and broke the door in. Cop went to bar and got informed or seen security video and arrested him.

I got charged with a level 6 felony and a c misdemeanor. Residential entry/ breaking entering trespassing. Then a note that I did not intend to steal or destroy inside.

I was let inside 2 times his cousin broke door and when I went inside 3rd video me want keys and cell he call cop. 3 weeks later his cousin burned that house down and confess to it.
